Security notice

A comprehensive investigation into the Trilix security incident has been completed and the incident has been officially closed. Below is a brief overview of the incident:
Immediately after the incident was confirmed, the affected parts of the system were isolated, and as a precautionary measure, a portion of the Trilix service was controlled and temporarily disabled for some users. The affected applications were replaced with new ones that are not subject to the same vulnerabilities, and after activating the new credentials, users continued to use Trilix services without any problems.
The activities undertaken mitigated the security risks associated with the incident, while additionally strengthening security measures. By closing the incident, all operational activities within the framework of the procedure were concluded.

Thanks to the activities undertaken, the security risks associated with the incident have been mitigated. With the implementation of additional security controls, all users and partners of the Trilix system have been enabled to continue working at full capacity. By improving security measures, we continue to work on continuously strengthening resilience and service quality.

A security incident was reported on a limited part of the Trilix system and immediately after confirmation, the affected parts of the system were isolated. A detailed forensic investigation is underway, and users have been redirected to a new system that is not subject to the same vulnerabilities. The service is fully available, and Trilix partners have been notified.
